Sparklife: This sparkling wine is made using the ‘Col Fondo’ method, which sees a secondary fermentation in bottle. Gently sparkling with tropical fruit and bruised apple notes, it offers a hint of toast on the finish. The perfect celebration fizz.
Fade Into You: Svelte and seductive. Red cherry and raspberry characters combine with cola and black pepper to create a juicy, punchy English red.
Star 69: Waxy and focussed with bold tropical fruit, a lime-accented acidity and hints of sweet spice. “Outstanding” - David Williams, The Observer
Star 69 Longplayer: A bolder verison of the the Star 69, with added barrel age. Pronounced tropical fruit notes upfront, but peel back the layers and you’ll find smoke, vanilla, burnt lemon peel and a fresh acidity that gives the finish a delicious lick of life.
