Welcome to Paradise: This Oxfordshire-grown Bacchus is textured and aromatic with bright notes of grapefruit, peach and fresh herbs. Racy and rounded it’s the perfect summer serve.
Punka: A G&S first, this multi-vintage-blend includes wines from the 2023 and 2024 vintages, each wine is fermented separately in oak before blending. Sauvignon Blanc gives the wine its tropical backbone, Ortega adds depth, Bacchus brings a fresh citrus note, and Pinot Noir completes the picture offering colour and red berry fruit. A wild and dry pink wine.
Corridor of Uncertainty: This sumptuous and floral Ortega is made from grapes grown at Yew Tree Vineyard in Oxfordshire. Delicate characters of peach tea, honeysuckle and sweet shop fruit combine to create a rich and savoury wine.
