'Olympian' Ortega 2023 is sumptuous and floral with tropical notes and a soft, but focused acidity.

The Cambridge-based winery was established by journalist and winemaker Chris Wilson in 2020. From the cool basement of a Grade II-listed windmill we produce small-batch English wines in the heart of the city
