Join us at Fin Boys for a one-night-only celebration of five years of Gutter&Stars, hosted in collaboration with winemaker Chris Wilson. This intimate evening will showcase an exceptional tasting menu, with each course thoughtfully paired with wines from across the Gutter&Stars back catalogue – from cult classics to new releases.
Expect a bold and beautiful line-up of dishes from the Fin Boys kitchen – including Cornish bluefin tuna, smoked mackerel with roast celeriac custard, and pan-fried gurnard with sake lees and mushroom emulsion – alongside some of Chris’ most iconic bottles, including I Wanna Be Adored Bacchus 2020 and The Dark End of The Street Pinot Noir 2023.
